Used Mobile Home

Photos of the used mobile home we bought. It's been pretty beat up, but the roof, floor and frame seem to be in pretty good shape.

The price only $1,500.00 but setting it up was $3,500.00. for a total of $5,000.00. compared to $80,000 for a new one, we'll deal with fixing it up. We also had to have some tree's takeb out and the land leveled for another $1,000.00.

the same bedroom, the ceiling had one spot that looks like there may be a roof leak. This was the only spot in the mobile home that looked that way. Later we are going to apply a roof coating to seal any possible leaks.

Down the hall to the other bedroom and bathroom. We plan on actually making it one large bathroom.
